Hi! We are the Milich family; 3 humans, 5 dogs, and a cat.

We bought our 1906 craftsman home way back in 2001, complete with shag carpeting, covered windows, and carpet in the kitchen! We didn't have much money, so we learned how to do almost everything ourselves, from leveling the oddly slanted floors to installing kitchen cabinets and updating bathrooms.

We know how important your time is. we also know there may be things you just don't know how to do. Our mission is to make your life easier. No job is too small! if we don't know how to do it we will find someone who does! let us help you have the home of your dreams!
